TATA Motor Finance wanted to facilitate meetings and trainings by reducing the need for personnel to travel without losing the impact of an in-person meeting. The majority of the rooms required audio conferencing, which had to be integrated without cutting into tables or the floor. Our team designed wireless boundary table microphones for audio conferencing, eliminating the need for cabling to run through the table and floor.
TATA Motor Finance hired us to provide high-end AV solutions for their board rooms, meeting rooms, training room, reception area and their cafeteria with the latest projection techniques and audio visual systems.
We installed an easy to operate custom designed audio visual system in their training room that supported TMF’s needs of sharing information with their audience. We also suggested positioning all the PC’s in a single location as this not only saves on space in the training room, but also makes the upkeep of the computers and their programs easier. The absence of multiple computer cables running to the individual desks kept the room clutter free while the connectivity of computers and AV technology enabled TMF to conduct comprehensive training sessions and stay on the cutting edge of new technology.
To facilitate their executive boardroom with high-end videoconferencing capabilities, we suggested a cutting-edge videoconference system, as well as CRESTRON’s room automation solution to promote easy presentation and interaction with clients and employees. The audio-visual system consists of a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, wall-mounted speakers, and a screen that drops down from the ceiling. The control system contains a Recorder, mixer, amplifier and a satellite receiver. This equipment is stored in a cabinet along the wall and is on a rack custom-designed to pull out for easy access and maintenance. The intuitive touchscreen panel controls all of these functions.
All the meeting rooms were optimized with automation solutions and video-conferencing facilities to make presentations incredibly easy and it helped them to connect and interact on a deeper level, both internally between staff and externally with their clients and the community.
Equipped with the latest in audio visual technology, including state-of-the-art projectors and screens, each facility of the TMF’s, Thane and Nariman Point location were designed to be a fully-functioning, easy-to-use collaborative environment. Each area inclusive of meeting rooms, reception area and the training room have easy-to-use AV systems that provides an affective platform for monthly Board Meetings, Video conferencing, Presentations and Trainings. The best use of our AV solutions resulted in massive cost saving for TMF by reducing their travel cost.
