A vast range of meeting rooms and conference room were equipped with video conferencing systems and support by state-of-the-art codecs, cameras, input sources and integrated controls. In addition, tele-presence and display solutions were integrated to share information more effectively, answer questions more efficiently and provide a greater variety of services at more locations. The cutting edge Meeting rooms were equipped with videoconferencing systems and advanced lighting Solutions and Conference room was set-up with a projector and a motorised screen that could be used during presentations. Multiple mics have been provided so that all participants are audible and provisions have been made for laptop connectivity. A user-friendly touch panel helps with managing these technologies with utmost ease and also helps control the lighting as per requirement.
